If you’re looking forward to Crystal Dynamics’ Marvel’s Avengers, you’re going to have to wait some more, as the Marvel’s Avengers game delayed announcement has been made today by the studio. The Marve’s Avengers game new release date is on September 4, which is a significant push back from its original May 15, 2020 release date.

Over on Twitter, the studio announce it with a letter to their fans stating that they will take the time to fine tune and polish the game to the high standards fans are expecting from this title.

While this is indeed bad news for fans looking forward to playing as earth’s mightiest heroes, this is way better than releasing a game that’s riddled with bugs with the promise of endless patches, no? Hopefully, this means we’ll see MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) uniforms and costume designs make it into the game as well.
