The first-ever Monster Hunter Wilds event quest is now underway, bringing with it some free, limited-timed quests that give players special rewards for completion.

For the first weeks, you’ll have to face the ravenous Yian Kut-Ku and Quematrice!

New – Kut-Ku Gone Cuckoo (4-Star)

Gather special materials to obtain the Mimiphyta α headgear!

• Conditions: HR 9 or higher
• Completion Conditions: Hunt the Yian Kut-Ku
• Start Date and Time: 03.04.2025 16:00
• End Date and Time: 03.18.2025 15:59

New Stalking Supper (4-Star)

An event quest for gathering Kunafa Cheese that you can use as an additional ingredient when cooking on the BBQ Grill!

• Locales: Windward Plains
• Conditions: HR 9 or higher
• Completion Conditions: Hunt the Quematrice
• Start Date and Time: 03.04.2025 16:00
• End Date and Time: 03.11.2025 15:59

How to access Event Quests in Monster Hunter Wilds

To get started on an event quest, you’ll have to talk to Alma, the quest handler. Under her menu options, you’ll see one that says “Event Quests,” and clicking it will reveal the currently available event quests. As mentioned, these are limited-timed quests, and once the end date arrives, they’ll be rotated out with new quests. That means you only have a week to complete each quest and earn the special rewards they grant.
