We hope you’ve all had a killer holiday. Hopefully you’ve had a moment to relax and catch up with some of the amazing games that came out in 2011, which were numerous. Of course, we also hope that you are fulfilling your most important duty throughout the rest of the season: showing those Christmas noobs how it’s done, whatever you may be playing. If you are a Christmas noob, welcome and don’t worry, we’re just looking out for you.
We here at MP1st would like to take a moment to update you guys on some exciting things coming up in the new years, as well as to show some appreciation to our amazing readers, you guys. MP1st has only been up and running for just over four months now, but thanks to you guys, we’ve reached many goals much faster than we ever expected. Of course, with this rapid growth has come a few bumps and hiccups along the way, so we’d like to thank you guys for sticking with us. Now for some updates.
Recently, we got our hands on a set of support class Battlefield 3 dog tags that we’d love give away to you guys. You can check them out here! This contest will be open to our North American readers on Twitter and Facebook. On Twitter, all you need to do is follow @MPFirst (if you’re not already) and re-tweet this link. On Facebook, simply give us and this status update a like. We will be revealing the winner on the 8th of January.
MP Experience of the Year, 2011
With the new year having just arrive, so too will MP1st’s Multiplayer Game of the Year, or as we like to call it, “Multiplayer Experience of the Year.” With so many amazing multiplayer games that have come out last year, 2011 is definitely a rough time to choose our first winner. Despite the challenge, we will be revealing our choice in only a few days, so stay tuned! If you haven’t yet, make sure to check out the poll on the right side-bar to cast your vote for your favorite multiplayer experience of 2011 which will be factored into the decision!
We wish everyone a happy new year! Take care and PTFO.
