Full Circle and EA have released a new skate. gameplay video, recapping all the skateboarding mischief Skate fans got up to during skate.’s February insider playtest. The video showcases a variety of gorgeously-rendered skateboard tricks, flips, and rolls players can perform in the game, interspersed by footage of players hilariously failing these maneuvers and crashing into terrain.

The upcoming fourth installment in EA’s Skate series is set to bring the franchise back to life as a free-to-play title, set in the fictional city of “San Vansterdam.” No core content or map in skate. will be locked behind a paywall, and the game will support cross-play on all platforms. Registrations for the game’s alpha playtest phase through Origin/EA on PC began last July, and players can still sign up for a chance to play skate. before anyone else and directly contribute to the evolution and development of the game.

No release window has been revealed for skate. yet, but the game will release on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One, with a potential mobile platform version currently being looked into.
