During the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2022 show, Blizzard Entertainment unveiled an Overwatch 2 new hero and her name is Kiriko!
As one might expect given the reveal happened in Japan, the character is from the country, and is an all-new support hero! The character even has a fox spirit companion to bring along to battles!

She runs with knives all the time. (Kunai blades, to be precise.)

Kiriko will be available once Overwatch 2 launches this October 2 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Switch.
Speaking of new heroes, Blizzard has confirmed that new heroes coming to the game can be unlocked via the free track of the Battle Pass, so players shouldn’t worry about any heroes being locked out if you don’t pay.
