PlayStation Store “Critics’ Choice” Sale Is the First Good Promotion of the Year
While Sony launched the New Year Deals last month, it wasn’t exactly one that was packed to the brim with amazing deals. Well, that changes today, as Sony launched the PlayStation Store “Critics’ Choice” sale, and it houses some top-tier games at heavily discounted prices.
There are over 1,700 items in total, and these include games such as Battlefield 6, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Borderlands 4 and more. What makes this even better is, the standard edition versions are on sale.

- Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition -70% $23.99 – My personal GOTY of 2023. Horror game made with an artistic vibe and feels like a film. Definitely worth checking out even if you haven’t played the first one.
- Alien: Isolation -75% $7.49 – Horror game where you’re not a space marine, sequel in development. Underrated horror game.
- Aliens: Dark Descent -65% $13.99 – Alien license applied to a strategy game where your characters can die. This is mind-numbingly hard, so bear that in mind before picking it up.
- ARMORED CORE™ VI FIRES OF RUBICON™ PS4 & PS5 -35% $38.99 – FromSoftware’s not Souls game. Solid mech game, doesn’t seem to have any new content on the way but what’s there is feature-complete.
- Assassin’s Creed Shadows -50% $34.99 – Latest game in the franchise that’s based in Japan. Reviewed quite well.
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla -75% $14.99 – The AC game with vikings, and that got good reviews. Just a wee bit too long and overstays its welcome somewhat.
- Atomfall Complete Edition -60% $35.99 – Surprise action game by Rebellion that sold a ton. This isn’t AAA, so temper expectations.
- Atomic Heart (PS4 & PS5) -65% $24.49 – It’s like BioShock but with less polish and less interesting story, and there is a sequel in development.
- Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora™ -35% $19.49 – Ubisoft open-world but with Avatar’s license. Better than expected and still getting DLC and support.
- Back 4 Blood: Ultimate Edition PS4 & PS5 -90% $9.99 – Co-op zombie game. Support has ended but servers are still up. Sequel said to be in development. It’s fun and at that price, get your friends to pick it up for co-op
- Baldur’s Gate 3 -25% $52.49 – Multiple GOTY winner. One of the best games of all-time. Super deep and complex RPG with a world where you will get lost for hours, believe me.
- Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden -60% $23.99 – Not AAA but feels like it. Solid voice acting, has a crazy good story. Lots of side quests and content. Only issue is the combat might be a bit too simplistic for some. I really liked this even if we most likely aren’t getting a sequel, I’d still say this is a must-play.
- Battlefield™ 6 -35% $45.49 – The latest Battlefield game. Solid multiplayer and getting a ton of support. If you want to an awesome FPS shooter, pick this up.
- Bayonetta -75% $6.24 – PlatinumGames’ Devil May Cry but you can play as a baddie with glasses.
- BioShock: The Collection -80% $9.99 – Another value-for-money bundle. BioShock 1 has one of the most memorable stories I’ve ever played.
- Black Myth: Wukong -25% $44.99 – Game Science’s first AAA title. Souls-like based on Chinese myth’s Journey to the West. Loads of boss fights which will provide a challenge.
- Blades of Fire -30% $41.99 – From the devs behind Castlevania Lord of Shadows. Premise is fine, but some might get overwhelmed with the mandatory crafting mechanics.
- BLEACH Rebirth of Souls PS4 & PS5 -50% $29.99 – Latest Bleach fighting game. If you’re a fan of the IP, this should be an easy pick up

- Burnout™ Paradise Remastered -75% $4.99 – Criterion’s finest work? Maybe. Gameplay should still hold up. Amazing arcade racer.

- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 -20% $39.99 – The best-reviewed game of 2025. One of the best RPGs I have ever played. Superb story, and the combat is a modern take on turn-based that just works. Even if the discount is this small, go buy this.
- Crash Bandicoot™ Bundle – N. Sane Trilogy + CTR Nitro-Fueled -65% $26.24 – The platformers plus the kart racer. The racer is actually a very high-skill driving game. Great value bundle.
- Crime Boss: Rockay City -75% $4.99 – Still getting updates, not sure how this plays.
- Crusader Kings III -30% $34.99 – Grand strategy RPG. Warning: loads of reading involved and not for those who want brainless fun. This has a dedicated playerbase and is still getting updates and DLCs years after release.
- Crysis 2 Remastered -75% $7.49 – The sequel to the first game. While it might not have as much fanfare, it was still a solid campaign. It featured a solid MP too, though that’s not part of the remasters
- Crysis Remastered -75% $7.49 – Can it run Crysis? A game that spawned memes. This was the game to showcase your PC rig back then. Not sure how its gameplay holds up now.
- Cyberpunk 2077 -55% $22.49 – CDPR’s ambitious RPG that now has managed to be in a state where expectations are met after numerous updates. DLC is also on sale. Well worth buying now on PS5.
- Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty -35% $19.49 – DLC of CDPR’s RPG, now featuring Idris Elba.
- DARK SOULS™ II: Scholar of the First Sin -50% $19.99 – Remaster of Dark Souls 2 with all the content released.
- DARK SOULS™ III -50% $29.99 – Rarely goes on sale, and the last part of FromSoftware’s Souls trilogy
- DARK SOULS™: REMASTERED -50% $19.99 – FromSoftware’s first Dark Souls game now remastered. Rarely goes on sale.
- Dead Island 2 -75% $12.49 – One of the only few games Embracer released that seems actually to have made a profit. All DLCs are out, and the game is complete.
- Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster -50% $24.99 – Zombie game where you can use literally everything. Not sure how the remaster plays, but the original was definitely a solid zombie game.
- Dead Space -80% $13.99 – One of the best remakes ever. It’s a travesty that we still haven’t gotten confirmation of a remake of Dead Space 2. This improves the original in every way, and I can’t stress enough how awesome this game is. The vibe and atmosphere Motive has made when you walk corridors and see shadows? Yeah, awesome creepy stuff.
- DEATHLOOP -80% $11.99 – One of Arkane’s finest works and implements time travel without being annoying.
- Demon’s Souls -58% $29.39 – FromSoftware’s critically acclaimed Souls game before Dark Souls, and remade with better visuals and various improvements.
- Detroit: Become Human -50% $9.99 – Quantic’s narrative-driven game about AI. If you’re not a fan of the studio’s games, this won’t sway you. But if you like cinematic gameplay, which you can play with people around you, then pick this up.
- Diablo® IV – Standard Edition -40% $29.99 – Still getting a ton of support, and the latest dungeon-crawling RPG from Blizzard.
- Digimon Story Time Stranger -20% $55.99 – Latest Digimon game, has received a ton of good reviews. Franchise fans should snatch this up.
- Dishonored 2 -80% $5.99 – Sequel to Arkane’s action series that never saw a follow-up. Not sure how it holds up now
- Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Definitive Edition PS4 & PS5 -75% $14.99 – Larian Studio’s hit before Baldur’s Gate 3. Very deep RPG. I didn’t finish it, but also very polished. If you finished BG3, jump into this one.
- DOOM Anthology -65% $27.99 – Includes DOOM + DOOM II, DOOM 64, DOOM 3, DOOM (2016), DOOM Eternal (Deluxe Edition)
- DOOM Eternal Deluxe Edition – PS4 & PS5 -75% $17.49 – The sequel to the 2016 DOOM reboot. More arcade than its predecessor. Reviewed well.
- Dragon Age™: The Veilguard -65% $24.49 – Huge sale on a newly-released RPG. The reviews were solid, though might alienate non-franchise fans.
- DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT -25% $14.99 – Dragon Ball but as an RPG! Still getting occasional support and expansions. If you’re tired of the fighting games based on the franchise, this might be a good title to consider.
- DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO -50% $34.99 – New Dragon Ball fighting game with an insane number of characters. Latest in the Budokai series. Still getting supported.
- DRAGON QUEST – HD-2D Erdrick Trilogy Collection -20% $79.99 – Includes DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake and DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake.
- DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake -20% $47.99 – A great starting point for newcomers to the franchise.
- DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake -40% $35.99 – Reviewed very well and if you haven’t played the Dragon Quest games before, this might be a good starting point.
- Dragon’s Dogma 2 -58% $29.39 – Capcom’s latest entry in the franchise, and reviewed very well. Might not be for everyone, so I suggest YouTubing it first.
- DREDGE -60% $9.99 – Fishing horror RPG. Lovecraft fans will dig this. It’s a quirky game, but it works
- Dying Light 2 Stay Human PS4&PS5 -70% $17.99 – Zombie game from Techland and getting a ton of support. You can be sure this won’t get abandoned anytime soon, as Techland is known for supporting their games for years
- Dying Light Definitive Edition -80% $9.99 – Super successful first game in the Dying Light franchise and this includes all the DLCs.
- Dying Light: The Beast -25% $44.99 – Standalone entry starring Kyle Crane. Reviewed very well, and getting post-release support alongside DL2.
- EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Standard Edition PS4 & PS5 -60% $27.99 – FIFA but without the FIFA license. If you dig EA’s annual footie sim, then this should be a no-brainer.
- EA SPORTS™ College Football 26 -70% $20.99 – Latest NCAA football sim that reviewed well. It’s not like you have a choice either.
- EA SPORTS™ Madden NFL 26 -70% $20.99 – The only NFL sim available, so if you want some virtual pigskin action on, this is the game. Gets seasonal content.
- Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes -70% $14.99 – Old school RPG and a surprise hit. Still getting support. Reviewed quite well. If you need another JRPG fix, this might be it.
- ENDER MAGNOLIA: Bloom in the Mist -45% $13.74 – Dark fantasy 2D Metroidvania, and received a ton of good reviews
- EVERYBODY’S GOLF HOT SHOTS -25% $29.99 – A solid revival of the classic arcade series that’s great for a casual round.
- F1® 25 -60% $27.99 – Latest F1 game from Codemasters. Getting monthly updates, and is your only choice for proper F1 sim racing.
- Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition -50% $29.99 – The last mainline Fallout game by Bethesda. Gameplay should still hold up and this offers dozens of hours of single-player RPG goodness.
- Far Cry 6: Standard Edition PS4 & PS5 -75% $14.99 – The one which stars Giancarlo Esposito as the villain. They say his portrayal in the game is quite good.
- FINAL FANTASY TACTICS – The Ivalice Chronicles [PS4 & PS5] -20% $39.99 – The long-awaited remaster of one of the best strategy RPG ever made.
- FINAL FANTASY XVI -50% $24.99 – I find that people either like this or hate it. Personally, I dig it since the combat is fluid and combo-heavy, boss fights are a spectacle, and it will remind you of past Final Fantasy games. Worth the price of admission.
- Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition -40% $35.99 – Former Xbox exclusive racing game. Reviewed well, and if you want another racing game in your life.
- Gears of War: Reloaded -50% $19.99 – The first Gears game on PlayStation! Remastered, but not a lot has been touched. No loading times and includes MP.
- Gotham Knights -90% $6.99 – Arkham meets Bat Family. No support for this, but might be worth a play for Batman fans just to see the various combos and moves for each character.
- Gran Turismo® 7 -58% $29.39 – Latest racing game from Polyphony. Still geting loads of support and one of the best racing games on any platform.
- Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Standard Edition -61% $19.49 – Fighting game based on Granblue. Still getting support, but not sure about balance or the playerbase.
- Grand Theft Auto V (PlayStation®5) -50% $19.99 – Another iconic entry in the GTA series. If you’re one of the two people that still do not own this, then this is your chance.
- Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition (PS5 & PS4) -67% $19.79 – Not sure how performance is now, but three GTA games for that price? You might want to try the revamped Vice City, since GTA 6 is now around the corner.
- Hell is Us -40% $35.99 – Souls-like that’s different. No maps, no quest markers. YT it first to see if it’s something you won’t get annoyed by.
- HELLDIVERS™ 2 -25% $29.99 – Still getting massive support, and there’s a lot of people playing online, so regardless if you have a squad or not, worth a pick up. Just be prepared to be overwhelmed and die a lot. Very satisfying to call in stratagems on huge enemies and see them get decimated.
- Hogwarts Legacy PS5 Version -85% $10.49 – This is a fun open world game based on the Harry Potter universe. I’ve said this before, but saying it again: your body count here would make Lucious Malfoy blush.
- Horizon Forbidden West™ Complete Edition -34% $39.59 – Sequel to Aloy’s first adventure, but some deem this a tad too long.
- Horizon Zero Dawn™ Remastered -40% $29.99 – Might be the most pointless remaster ever released. Solid game, but remaster? If you haven’t played this yet, this is the version to get.
- Hunt: Showdown 1896 -60% $11.99 – Still getting a lot of support for Crytek. First-person shooter instance-based looter shooter with PvE and PvP elements. It sounds like a video game corporate exec’s wet dream, but this one isn’t predatory (from what I’ve heard).
- Indiana Jones and the Great Circle -20% $55.99 – MachineGames’ former Xbox exclusive. Insanely fun. Has that Indiana feel and has loads of puzzles and secrets.
- Insurgency: Sandstorm [PS4 & PS5] -70% $11.99 – Not COD and a different kind of military FPS
- It Takes Two PS4™ & PS5™ -80% $7.99 – Hazelight’s award-winning co-op game. This can’t be played without a partner, and might be a good title to play with your significant other.
- Kingdom Come: Deliverance II -50% $34.99 – Reviewed very, very well. One of 2025’s GOTY nominees. Got a ton of good reviews and sales at launch. Very deep and it’s well worth the money if you like long RPGs.
- Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition -80% $7.99 – Medieval first-person RPG and the first game in the franchise. At that price, it’s well worth it since you’ll be playing this for hours.
- L.A. Noire -50% $19.99 – Rockstar’s detective game. Slower paced than your usual action game, so don’te expect moment-to-moment gunfights. More deliberate but offers something new. Not getting a remaster or remake soon, so worth a shot for now.
- Lies of P -50% $29.99 – Possibly one of the most beloved Souls-like games not made by FromSoftware. Have not played this but friends have nothing but good stuff to say about it.
- LIKE A DRAGON Series Starter Pack -30% $55.99 – Includes Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
- Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii PS4 & PS5 -70% $17.99 – Latest entry in the Like a Dragon franchise and this one features naval combat! Reviewed very well.
- Little Nightmares III PS4 & PS5 -30% $27.99 – Developed by Supermassive instead of Tarsier. Not as good as the first two, solid, but lacks innovation.
- Lords of the Fallen Deluxe Edition -60% $15.99 – Last feature and content patch released. A sequel is on the way.
- Mafia: Definitive Edition -85% $5.99 – A top-to-bottom remake of the 2002 title that captures the classic cinematic atmosphere.
- Mafia: The Old Country -20% $39.99 – Latest Mafia game. Smaller in scope, but the addition of the Free Ride mode lets you explore the countryside at your own pace.
- Mafia: Trilogy -80% $11.99 – A bundle with Mafia: Definitive Edition, Mafia II: Definitive Edition, and Mafia III: Definitive Edition
- MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics -50% $24.99 –
- Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 -58% $29.39 – Sequel to the first Spidey game, though not as strong as the first one.
- Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered -50% $24.99 – First Spider-Man game from Insomniac, remastered for PS5.
- Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition -85% $8.99 – Sequel to the first Spidey game, now with web wings and badass symbiote combat, though might not be as strong as the first title.
- Mass Effect™: Andromeda – Standard Recruit Edition -75% $4.99 – The game that sank the franchise. It got updates after, which might have made the experience better.
- METAL GEAR SOLID: MASTER COLLECTION Vol.1 PS4 & PS5 -30% $41.99 – Houses MGS, MGS2, MGS3. Classic graphics but the gameplay should still hold up.
- METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER Digital Deluxe Edition -50% $39.99 – MGS3 remade in Unreal Engine 5 along with other gameplay enhancements.
- Metal Slug Tactics -35% $16.24 – Metal Slug franchise kin turn-based tactics. Surprisingly reviewed well.
- Middle-earth™: Shadow of War™ -90% $4.99 – Sequel to Mordor. I preferred the first game but this is still a solid action game
- Monster Hunter Wilds -45% $38.49 – Latest Monster Hunter game, one of Capcom’s fastest and best-selling games of all-time. It’s Monster Hunter gameplay with now more additional seasonal content to pad the experience.
- MONSTER HUNTER: WORLD™ -50% $9.99 – If you don’t need to play the latest, this should do the trick. Dozens if not hundreds of hours of content. Insanely fun co-op game.
- Mortal Kombat™ 1 -80% $9.99 – Lowest I’ve seen this on PSN, so if you’re on the fence, this is the right time. Loads of characters locked behind the DLCs though.
- NBA 2K26 for PS5® -67% $23.09 – Latest NBA basketball sim. Your only choice for a pro ball game on consoles and PC.
- NHL® 26 Standard Edition PS5 -60% $27.99 – For hockey fans, this is your only choice.
- NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… -70% $17.99 – Remaster/remake of the original Japan-only NieR Replicant.
- NINJA GAIDEN 2 Black -40% $29.99 – Ninja Gaiden 2 remastered. Expect high-speed action, relentless enemies. It’s a different kind of hard compared to Souls games.
- NINJA GAIDEN 4 -30% $48.99 – Latest Gaiden game. Reviewed well. Published by Microsoft, which makes it a bit weird. Solid action game for those tired of Souls games.
- Nobody Wants to Die -70% $7.49 – A detective game, not an action title. Reminds me of Minority Report minus Tom Cruise (is that good or bad?).
- OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0 PS4 & PS5 -20% $39.99 – A prequel of the original title that introduces town-building and an 8-character battle system.
- OCTOPATH TRAVELER II PS4＆PS5 -60% $23.99 – Reviewed very, very well. Classic JRPG with a ton of memorable characters that you can play in whichever order you prefer.
- Palworld -25% $22.49 – Pokemon meets guns and multiplayer. Worth a try? Millions can’t be wrong, right?
- Persona 3 Reload PS4 & PS5 -60% $23.99 – A super solid re-imaging of Persona 3. Persona 4 remake incoming soon, so play this first. Last DLC is already out.
- Phasmophobia -30% $13.99 – This is a horror investigation survival game and is getting decent support. There are new features added, with more promised on the way. A bigger game than expected.
- Plants vs. Zombies™: Replanted -25% $14.99 – Remaster of the classic title, now with widescreen support and other quality-of-life improvements
- Prince of Persia The Lost Crown -50% $14.99 – Metroidvania meets Prince of Persia. Fantastic 2D gameplay, and even got DLCs. Definitely worth a shot regardless if you like the franchise.
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart -58% $29.39 – Latest Ratchet & Clank game, and the first game to properly show off the PS5’s power.
- Red Dead Redemption (PS4 & PS5) -50% $24.99 – Red Dead 1 remastered. I think performance is good enough to give this a go at this price.
- Red Dead Redemption 2 -75% $14.99 – Arguably Rockstar’s best open-world game to date. Loads of Easter eggs, fantastic story, and just packed with stuff. Highly recommend this even if you don’t like westerns.
- Resident Evil 2 -50% $4.99 – My favorite RE remake. You have Leon and Claire’s stories, all with re-imagined graphics, enemies and more. Awesome game that deserves more credit.
- Resident Evil 3 Nemesis -50% $4.99 – The weakest of the RE remakes. Main issue here is how short it is, given you can literally finish this one on sitting. Around 4-7 hours, I think.
- Resident Evil 4 -60% $15.99 – One of the best games of all-time just got better. Capcom added new missions, weapons, enemies and more. Easily worth the money. Recently got a minor patch.
- RESIDENT EVIL 7 biohazard Gold Edition -75% $9.99 – The scariest Resident Evil game I have ever played. Well worth it just to experience the hillbilly terror.
- Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition & Village Gold Edition PS4 & PS5 -75% $19.99 – The Ethan Winters saga. Great value for two top-tier horror games.
- Resident Evil Village Gold Edition PS4 & PS5 -70% $14.99 – Closes the chapter on Ethan Winters’ story. Very fun even if it’s in first-person. Doesn’t overstay its welcome and has that classic Resident Evil gameplay.
- Returnal -58% $29.39 – Housemarque’s first AAA game. Loads of people love this, but I recommend checking gameplay first since the loop might not be to your liking.
- RoboCop: Rogue City -60% $15.99 – Better than expected. Brings familiar RoboCop visuals and violence. I’m actually surprised this turned out as well as it did.
- Saints Row PS4 & PS5 -75% $7.49 – The failed reboot. Super low price might make it worth it?
- Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II -40% $29.99 – Hellblade sequel that was originally an Xbox exclusive. Light on action and a tad short, but gorgeous.
- SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance PS4 & PS5 -40% $17.99 – A stunning, hand-drawn return for the legendary SEGA franchise.
- Sid Meier’s Civilization® VII -40% $41.99 – The latest Civ game that received mostly positive reviews.
- SILENT HILL 2 -50% $34.99 – It’s right up there with the Resident Evil remakes as some of the best remakes we’ve seen. Packed with new Easter eggs, new combat sections and just an amazing experience. Should have been a contender for GOTY or at least won a few awards.
- SILENT HILL f -40% $41.99 – The new mainline entry set in 1960s Japan. Very floral, very disturbing body horror.
- Sleeping Dogs™ Definitive Edition -70% $8.99 – GTA Hong Kong. We won’t be getting a sequel anytime soon, but we are getting a movie. This should still be good. Shame it didn’t sell enough for a follow up.
- Skate Story -25% $14.99 – A skating game with trippy visuals and a unique underworld setting. It delivers that signature surreal vibe only Devolver can.
- Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds PS4 & PS5 -40% $41.99 – Latest Sonic racing game. Reviewed very well and has a ton of support on the way. Sonic Kart Racing at its finest.
- South Park™: The Fractured but Whole™ -70% $8.99 – Turn-based tactical RPG based on the South Park franchise.
- Split Fiction -25% $37.49 – Hazelight’s latest award-winning and multi-million selling co-op game.
- STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order™ -88% $4.79 – Jedi meets Souls. Loads of backtracking, but at the price of a meal? This is an auto pick up. Deep combat, and proves Respawn can make single-player games with high quality.
- STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™ -85% $10.49 – This is the lowest the game has been on PSN. The sequel to Fallen Order, and better in almost every way. Cal’s second adventure and this time, the Force taught him how to run properly without looking like he has crap down his pants.
- Star Wars Outlaws -70% $20.99 – Ubisoft’s Star Wars open world game. It has received countless updates that should have made this way better than its state at launch. Just don’t expect epic boss fights and the like, since it’s not that type of game.
- STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II: Celebration Edition -75% $9.99 – Someone here said the player base is still healthy. If so, then this is a good multiplayer game to buy. Underrated visuals and sound work from DICE. It got a lot of flack for the MTX stuff, but it is a solid Star Wars experience.
- STAR WARS™: Squadrons -88% $4.79 – Star Wars dogfighting made by Motive. Solid game, though unsure about the playerbase now.
- Stellar Blade™ Complete Edition -45% $49.49 – Shift Up’s action game that sold a ton. Don’t get if you don’t like sexy.
- Stray -40% $17.99 – Award-winning game starring a cat.
- Street Fighter™ 6 -50% $19.99 – Latest Street Fighter game. Has a dedicated player base, though a bit harder to get into than Tekken given said player base will kick your ass over and over until you learn the important mechanics.
- Streets Of Rage 4 -65% $8.74 – Fun beat-’em-up and a worthy successor to the 2D brawler. Got a few content updates and it’s fun to play with friends and family.
- Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League -92% $5.59 – Rocksteady’s failed live service game. There’s an offline mode for it available, so it should be playable even after servers have been pulled.
- TEKKEN 8 -60% $23.99 – This might underwhelm fight fans compared to Tekken 7, but it’s still a solid fighter. Loads of support but characters locked behind a paywall.
- The Crew Motorfest -80% $11.99 – Ubisoft’s online-only racing game and the latest entry in the franchise. Not sure how big the player base is today, but this does get seasonal updates from Ivory Tower.
- The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered -20% $39.99 – More a remake than a remaster, this adds not just visual upgrades but even gameplay features.
- The Elder Scrolls Online -75% $4.99 – The Elder Srolls MMO that has been going on for years now. Still getting a ton of support with paid expansions, free updates.
- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition – PS5 & PS4 -75% $9.99 – Bethesda’s acclaimed RPG. If you haven’t tried this yet, give this a go.
- The Evil Within -75% $4.99 – This is Mikami’s first horror game after leaving Capcom. Way harder than Resident Evil.
- The Last of Us™ Complete -30% $69.99 – Bundle with Part I and Part II.
- The Last of Us™ Part I -58% $29.39 – Remake of the first title with upgraded, breathtaking visuals.
- The Outer Worlds 2 -30% $48.99 – Obsidian’s RPG sequel. If you dug the first one, then go pick this up.
- Titanfall® 2: Ultimate Edition -80% $5.99 – One of the best FPS games of all-time. Insanely good single-player, and multiplayer should still be active but full of sweats that will literally step on you using their mechs.
- Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 -75% $7.49 – Lowest the base game has been on PSN. Grab a buddy and get this. This franchise helped me through my father’s death believe it or not. New Survivors mode in development and currently in the final stages of its Year 7 roadmap
- Tony Hawk’s™ Pro Skater™ 1 – 4 – Standard Edition Bundle -40% $44.99 – Includes the remakes of 1+2 and the newly remastered 3+4. Skateboarding perfection.
- UFC® 5 -85% $10.49 – The only new MMA game on consoles, and thankfully, this one gets loads of support with free fighter updates.
- Undertale -34% $9.89 – Indie RPG that uses a top-down perspective. I suggest YouTubing this before considering it. This won a ton of awards when it was released. Personally have not played this, but including for reference.
- Unicorn Overlord -65% $20.99 – Tactical RPG by Vanillaware. Reviewed very well, though might not be for everyone. Don’t let the gorgeous art fool you. I suggest checking out gameplay clips first
- Visions of Mana PS4 & PS5 -50% $29.99 – Action RPG and is the fifth mainline entry in the Mana series. Mostly got favorable reviews when it was released.
- Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 -60% $27.99 – Probably Saber’s most ambitious work to date. Campaign, multi are loads of fun, and you can co-op this all the way through. How can smashing bugs with a pal NOT be fun, right?
- Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty (PS4 & PS5) -40% $23.99 – Historical fantasy action-RPG by Team Ninja. Support has ended, but it’s a competent Souls game.
- WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers -30% $34.99 – Action RPG set in imperial China. Very atmospheric.
- XCOM® 2 Collection -90% $9.99 – Firaxis sequel to its alien strategy game. Hard to pass it up at that price.
Hopefully, the next sale is even better, but this is a good start.
