We’ve had great sales for the last few weeks in the EU. Is this just about the US and if so, why are there still people on the net writing as if the worldwide internet didn’t exist?

I can only address part of the reason, Alex is the owner and the main (and sole) site contributor. There’s only so much he can write, and since we are based in North America I’d say it’s a little bit of time schedules and mostly being understaff.
I’ll see about pushing over other regions into their own posts.
