It’s that time of year again to find out which console platform has the horniest gamers. Yep, Pornhub has published their year-in-review report, confirming once again that PlayStation gamers (via the PS4 and PS5) are the horniest when it comes to the amount of browser users from that device. But what comes as a bit of a shock is that PS5 users browsing the adult site are up this year, despite it not having a browser that is easily accessible like the PS4.

In a new year-in-review post by Pornhub, the adult company confirmed that PlayStation owners are amongst the horniest when it comes to console players visiting their site.

“Most of the traffic by game console came from PlayStation again this year, over 80%. PS4 made up 41.6% of game console traffic, down –16.7% from last year. PS5 made up 40.1% of traffic, up +77.3% from 2022. And Xbox was down –35.4%, bringing with it 16.7% of game console traffic.”

This is not a major surprise, considering that the PS5 sales are estimated to be much higher than Xbox console sales and, therefore, likely to have higher stats. What is surprising, though, is that the viewership is higher on the PS5, a console that does not make it easy to access the web browser.  Compared to the PS4, which has a dedicated internet app, PS5 owners have to use the user guide under settings, then navigate to Twitter/X and access searches and URLs that way.

It seems that despite the additional steps, nothing will stop a horny gamer from getting their dose of porn, even if it would be easier just to cast your phone to the TV, or something.

These aren’t the only gaming stats that Pornhub has either, as they’ve also revealed the top video game-related searches, with Fortnite taking the top spot for the third year in a row. Overwatch and Minecraft follow it.
