PS5 PH, Malaysian and Indonesian Release Dates & Prices Announced, Indonesia Launch Set for 2021

Following news of uncertainty reggarding the PS5 launch in Southeast Asia, those in the Philippines (PH) and Malaysia can breathe a sigh of relief as it has been confirmed by Sony that the PS5 will launch in those countries in 2020! The PS5 PH release date is the same as Malaysia, while those in Indonesia will have to wait until 2021 to get their taste of Sony’s next-gen console.

The PS5 will launch in the Philippines on December 11, 2020, and will retail for php 27,990. This is the Blu-ray disc drive version of the console, with no mention of whether the digital-only version will be available at launch or at a later date.
