It looks like Sony’s PlayStation Network is having issues today, as PSN down reports have surfaced this Feb. 7, with gamers stating that they are seeing error code “WS-116521-6” show up, and having game license verification issues.

Update 2: Sony’s PSN status page says everything is back up and running.
Update: The PlayStation Network status page has acknowledged the outage:
Multiple users have reported issues on Downdetector, multiple gamers reporting on the license verification issue.
It’s also happening on the PS5 subreddit as well:
So far, Sony hasn’t acknowledged the downtime, with the PlayStation Network status page showing that “All services are up and running.”
We’re on the lookout and once we get any official update from Sony, or any news from this outage, we’ll update the article to reflect it.
