Reddit Down and Experiencing Server Issues Across PC and Mobile This August 28, Fix Implemented (Update)

If you can’t load Reddit right now, its not just you. It seems the platform is running into issues across the Reddit app and even on desktop per our testing. Read on for the official word from the company and as well as the latest status update.

Is Reddit Down This August 28?

Update: And just like that, everything is “operational” per Reddit!

Based on our testing, yes it is, and Reddit themselves have confirmed it and said that a fix has been implemented. Here’s the timeline as per Reddit:

Monitoring – A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified – The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Investigating – We are currently investigating this issue.
