While it has been teased by Konami before that we will be seeing Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol 2, we now possibly know what this second volume will contain.
User Nitroid took to Twitter to reveal his findings that by inspecting the Metal Gear Solid timeline page on the official website, it reveals placeholder buttons for Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and Metal Gear Solid 5, suggesting that they will be a part of the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2.

While this is hardly conclusive of anything, here’s some additional context for why it’s suspicious: pic.twitter.com/2zPbbKTL79

This also lines up with the content of Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol.1 which contains MGS 1, 2, 3, so having MGS 4, Peace Walker, and MGS5 for Vol. 2 makes sense.
However, like always, we caution our readers to not believe rumors, no matter how convincing they seem, until an official announcement is made.
While Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2 might be a little off, Vol. 1 launches later this year on October 24, 2023 for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.
