The PlayStation Latin America YouTube channel accidentally revealed the existence of an upcoming PC release of Sackboy: A Big Adventure today. Besides multiple graphical improvements, the since-unlisted trailer also listed a release date of October 27 for the beloved 2.5D platformer.

According to the trailer, the PC release of Sackboy includes staggering visual improvements and support for:
- Resolutions up to 4K at 120 FPS
- Ultrawide resolutions (21:9)
- Nvidia DLSS
- Variable Refresh Rates (VRR)
The trailer also revealed that Sackboy on PC will be available both on Steam and the Epic Games Store. It also announced that the game is now open for pre-orders, but currently Sackboy is not available on either store.
Considering that the release date is October 27 this year, we can expect to see a proper release announcement and pre-order opening very soon.
Sumo Digital’s Sackboy: A Big Adventure is currently available on the PS5 and PS4.
Update: Ned Waterhouse, Design Director at Sumo Digital has officially announced Sackboy’s PC release on PlayStation Blog along with an English-language reveal trailer. Sackboy will feature the new DLSS2 technology, along with full DualSense controller support.
