If you sometimes think that you need help defeating a boss or finding a lost item or other dilemma in-game, Sony has just the thing, as the company announced the PlayStation “Community Game Help” feature that builds upon the “Game Help” feature that was launched way back in 2020.
With Community Game Help, players will now be able to access video that are generated from gameplay footage of players who have opted to contribute to this feature. This feature, which has no release date just yet, will be available to all PS5 owners with or without a PlayStation Plus subscription.
Aside from players, even game developers can contribute their own help videos.
Players can access Community Game Help by pressing the PS button to open the Control Center, look for an Action Card with the “Hints Inside” icon. Players will also see hints labeled with “Community Game Help” once it launches, and this indicates that the clip was generated from other players’ gameplay footage.
As for avoiding fake hints, players will also be able to rate the usefulness of these hints, that will allow Sony to curate informative help content.
Game Help is also accessible on the PlayStation App for mobiles and tablets, and based on what Sony implies, Community Game Help will also be available for those devices, and won’t take up any real estate on your gaming monitor or TV.

I wish Sony still had community features, it was a great way of getting help for games and/or helping other players. Certain communities was infested with trolls who talk crap every time you make a point they can’t argue with or just kick you out because they knew you was right. Even got trolled by people who claimed they was moderation, but probably didn’t even know the definition of moderation.
Community features was a great way of getting help and/or helping other players, unfortunately Sony did away with communities when the PS5 released.
