Star Wars Jedi: Survivor PS4, Xbox One Release Date Set for Sept. 17, 2024; Pre-Order Bonus Listed
About a year ago, EA confirmed that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was being developed for last-gen consoles, which surprised a lot of gamers given most assumed (including this guy) that the game couldn’t technically run on on the old console hardware. Well, that doesn’t seem to be the case, as EA has announced that the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor PS4, Xbox One release is now set for Sept. 17, 2024!
According to the press release, this version of the Star Wars action game will feature “a variety of optimizations aimed at maximizing the hardware capabilities of these consoles.”

The PC version of the game is expected to get an update in the “coming weeks” and this patch will bring enhancements to the technical performance, controls and even quality-of-life improvements. No word yet whether the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will be getting a patch as well, but don’t be surprised if we see one once the last-gen versions are released.
