Square Enix’s Final Fantasy franchise gets an alternate universe adventure like no other, and the Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin breaks out one final trailer (at least that’s what it’s called by Square Enix), which sets the stage for the Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja developed action game!

Here’s the trailer released by Square Enix which shows off some lovely visuals and also features the legendary Frank Sinatra’s My Way as well.

As an alternate universe retelling of the original Final Fantasy, Strange of Paradise sees a set of characters journeying through a dark fantasy world in a quest to defeat a malevolent lord bent on destruction. Here’s the overview describing what the game is all about from Square Enix’s Stranger of Paradise page.

“We’re Strangers. That means two things: One, we’re strangers to this world. And two, we’re strangers to ourselves.”

The four fiends of chaos are waiting. As you battle the darkness consuming the world, recover your past and discover your true purpose.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin release date was revealed last October along with the release of a new trial version demo of the game. The Final Fantasy game will arrive for PC and consoles this March 18.
