Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Elseworlds Stories Teased
It seems we have an idea of what Rocksteady Studios’ post-launch support plans are, as they’ve teased Elseworlds Stories are coming to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
The next episode of Insider Suicide Squad has officially been dated, and as previously confirmed, Rocksteady will be talking about Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’s post-launch content this coming Monday, January 22!
But what’s this? Reading the episode’s title, we get a hint that this episode will be about Elseworlds! For those who don’t know what Elseworlds is, it’s like the DC multiverse in a way that allows creators to tell stories in the DC universe without being confined to continuity. Essentially, anything can go, and in the context of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Elseworlds may allow dead characters to re-appear in the Arkham universe once again.
This just so happens to be what Rocksteady is already teasing, as last week, they released a Joker DLC teaser for the game. Could this be their way of explaining how he’s back? That seems more likely than him having somehow survived the Arkham games.
We’ll have to find out this Monday!
