In just a few days, The Last of Us day will be upon us, and while we’re used to seeing new stuff revealed during the day (usually new clothes, caps and the like), Naughty Dog has something more special planned it seems, as the studio revealed that they are revealing The Last of Us 2 new content on September 26 at 9AM PT/12NN ET/12MN HKT/6PM CET!

This was announced by Naughty Dog Designer of Communications Joshua Bradley,

We’ll be keeping a close eye on just what this “all-new content” is, and we’re hoping it’ll be more than just new cosmetic items for our protagonists.

Could this announcement be tied to the battle royale assets found in the game’s files? We highly doubt it, but we’re willing to be surprised.
