“Titanfall 2” Expected To Launch Between April 2016 And March 2017, Says EA

According to publisher EA in a recent earnings call, fans can “assume” that a Titanfall sequel will launch in the company’s fiscal year 2017, which translates to any time between April 2016 and March 2017.

In other words, don’t expect “Titanfall 2” this Fall. With Star Wars Battlefront already on course for a November 17 release, EA’s late 2015 and early 2016 is filling up with additional launches in the Plants vs. Zombies, Need for Speed, and Mirror’s Edge franchises, according to recent reports.

Last March, Respawn Entertainment Studio Head Vince Zampella confirmed that a Titanfall sequel is indeed in the works and that it will likely support free downloadable content and won’t be an Xbox and PC-exclusive.
