The PS5 games showcase event announced for June 4, has been postponed with no new date set.
Due to the ongoing events in the United States, Sony has decided to postpone its PS5 event until further notice. Down below you can read the official statement issued by the official PlayStation Twitter account today.

“We have decided to postpone the PlayStation 5 event scheduled for June 4. While we understand gamers worldwide are excited to see PS5 games, we do not feel that right now is a time for celebration, and for now, we want to stand back and allow more important voices to be heard,” the statement reads.
We’ll be sure to keep you all updated when a new reveal date has been issued. Given Sony has launched a TV commercial for this event, we’re expecting lots of big stuff from it.
