Update:
Yep, it’s back up now! Here’s what the Xbox Support account had to say:
Things are looking better with sign in now, so feel free to try again! Thanks to everyone that reported this to us. As always, we're here & listening. https://t.co/lhbNOlMGFz

Original Story:
Just a few weeks ago, Microsoft had some Xbox Live down issues that took more than a day to sort out. Well, unfortunately, it seems the service is down yet again! This was first noticed by the people on the Xbox subreddit who posted that Xbox Live down time is happening yet again, with people from Europe, US, etc., all reporting the same thing: that Xbox Live is down for them.
The official Xbox Support Twitter account acknowledged the issue stating that Microsoft is aware of the issues and that they’re looking into it.
We're aware that some users are unable to sign in currently & our teams are looking into it now. We'll update when we have more info to share. Thanks for all the reports!

On the official Xbox Live status page, it says that services are “limited” for the Xbox Live core services. This means players won’t be able to sign in, and of course, play. Once we know more, we’ll update the post.
