Black Ops 6 Update for November 1 Fixes Black Screen Issue, Brings Nuketown and More
As promised by Treyarch, Nuketown is now live in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6! Aside from the new map, the studio has also released a new Black Ops 6 update this November 1, and this is a server-side update (no download required) that fixes the dreaded black screen issue and more.
Black Ops 6 Update for November 1 Patch Notes:
Here’s what’s new per Treyarch:
- Addressed an issue where some players may encounter a black screen when loading into a public or private match for both Multiplayer and Zombies.
- Resolved an issue when trying to select DLSS or DLAA in the upscaling options.
- FFA now counts elimination points for wins, not total score.
- Stability fixes + more.
Nuketown in Black Ops 6:
While most of the combat is centered around the bus and container truck, the interiors (and upper floors) of the opposing houses – recently installed after being constructed and shipped from nearby Area 99 – allow for a variety of excellent sightlines toward the opposing team’s spawn point. That is provided you’re not put off by the dead gaze of the plastic people inhabiting the cul-de-sac on the corner of Latchkey Road and Trinity Avenue.
Finally, here’s a list of the known issues Treyarch is looking into via the official Black Ops 6 Trello board.
