Diablo 4 New Update 1.67 Brings Mats Increased Rates

Blizzard Entertainment has issued yet another new Diablo 4 update this October 23! This is another minor patch, though one I suspect gamers will appreciate a lot given it brings increased material drop rates and a bug fix. Those on consoles, you’ll see this as Diablo 4 update 1.67, and is a small file download.

Update: Blizzard has released more bug fixes in the patch.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Hydras could drop Obducite in Nightmare Dungeons.
• Fixed an issue where players could receive Whisper rewards without consuming Grim Favors.
• Various stability improvements.

Blizzard’s latest announcement comes from the game’s official forums, where the patch is called Hotfix 3.

Game Updates

• Acquisition rates for Rawhide and Iron Chunks has been increased.
• Increased material gains from Seething Opal rewards.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Pit Experience could be gained by completing Cellars while one player was in an active Pit run

Just a few days ago, we got a patch for stability, which was an odd rollout given there’s usually a few fixes included in each client download. However, we did get a gargantuan patch last week that ushered in various fixes and even adjustments to classes and more.
