FragPunk’s First Console Update Version 1.000.003 Adds New Event and Bug Fixes

Bad Guitar Studio’s free-to-play hero shooter FragPunk was just released recently, and today, the game got its first console update. Players will see it as patch version 1.000.003, which ushers in a new event, storing items and bug fixes.

Here’s what’s new per Bad Guitar:
Store Updates
In this update, we introduce brand new character and weapon skins! These include:
[Obsidian Dragon]: A brand new epic weapon skin bundle will be available in the store on May 9th. Five weapons born from the remains of dragons will unleash their power on the battlefield.
Event Updates
- The “Blitz Ballet” time-limited mode event will begin on May 9th, offering double health and increased mobility for a brand new battle experience.
Bug Fixes
General
- Fixed an issue where the sound effect decrease occurred for some of the Serket Lancer skins.
- Fixed an issue where the videos of some weapon skins displayed abnormally.
- Fixed an issue where the reload sound effects were missing for the weapon skins Bad Reputation – Plasma and Vicious – Plasma in third-person view.
- Fixed an issue where the visual effect of the Plasma advanced cosmetic’s custom model ‘Reactor’ was displayed abnormally.
- Fixed an issue where the fur display was abnormal in some Lancer skins and weapon skins.
- Fixed an issue where the Corona FrogPunk Lancer skin displayed abnormal hand positioning when aiming under special circumstances.
Given the game’s live-service focus, expect more updates for it in the future.
