Gothic 2 Classic Update 1.000.400 Fixes PS5 Trophy Issues on October 5
Developer Piranha Bytes has released Gothic 2 Classic update 1.000.040 on PS5 today, October 5, and this finally fixes the trophy issues players have been experiencing since launch.
This is a major fix for the classic game, given how big trophies are now for gamers.

Gothic 2 Complete Classic PS5 Trophy Issues Resolved
Per the developers, today’s patch fixes:
- The “A Sound Investment” and “Betrayal” trophies now unlock correctly on PlayStation.
There was also a fix applied three days ago, which included the following fixes for both PS5 and Xbox Series X|S:
- Corrected Classic Mode switching;
- Fixed the “Elemental Archer” and “A blast from the past” achievements;
- Fixed the Russian VO;
- Removed the trade legend button from inappropriate places.
