To access the English dubs, all you have to do is boot up the game, and the first thing it will tell you is that the game has been updated. From there, two audio language options will be available: Japanese and English.
Some bugs have also been fixed with this update, though the specifics of those aren’t clarified. Otherwise, this update is mainly focused on the English dub release, free for everyone.

No, im currently playing the post game content at The Castle and just unlocked platinum rank at the arena. Not doing another play through with English dubs, im trying to finish everything before Infinite Wealth release.
Actually, you don’t have to start a new play through because it ask if you want English or Japanese dubs as soon as you start the game before you load your save. So i’ll enjoy the post game content with English dubs but not starting another play through.
Dubs suck
Not all of them do (but there def some bad ones) , but in general I don’t see myself using them. It’s a good option to get more sales though, which means more games so I don’t see the harm in that
