NHL 27 Update 1.004.001 Skates Out for Patch 2.1 on October 6

EA Sports has pushed out the latest title update for NHL 27, and this is a small one that mostly deals with issue for Ultimate Team (no surprise there).

Console gamers will see this as NHL 27 update 1.004.001, and this is tagged by EA Sports devs as 2.1.

NHL 27 Ultimate Team Fixes Applied on October 6

HOCKEY ULTIMATE TEAM

• Fixed an issue where extended HUT sessions could cause card art to stop loading across multiple menus, impacting Collections, Auctions, Store, and team management. The issue accumulated through normal HUT play rather than a specific flow and could persist until the client was restarted.
• Fixed an issue where the game may crash when making lineup changes in HUT Edit Lines.

PRESENTATION

• Fixed an issue where the Minnesota Wild jumbotron displayed an incorrectly formatted shot counter
• Fixed the resolution of the Press Box text in the Canadian Tire Centre during the Ottawa Senators intro sequence

This is a smaller patch compared to the one released last week, though that’s understandable since this is a smaller version jump.
