I tried updating but says that it failed to update. I even tried retry to see if it would update and still didn’t.

Mine won’t go off safety mode I downloaded the update on the usb and just turns off when I press ok or cancel
This happened me twice already I had to go get my ps4 cleared completely but Ur fine if u know Ur log in
Unplug your PS4 and let it go without power for a couple of minutes. Reboot and Redo the update process. Follow the process of this article. Still do not work? Follow the process at the bottom of this article.

Yo I updated my game n now I got corrupted data on all my games

I downloaded a DLC for AC Valhalla from the PS Store and it corrupted all the data for every Assassin’s Creed game I have. Has this happened to anyone else?
I downloaded dlc zombie chronicles to go with my disc version bo3 several weeks ago and it error coded all my games I had to delete the dlc and pay for digital to stop it.
