Resident Evil Requiem Update 1.200 Brings Photo Mode
Capcom has issued Resident Evil Requiem update 1.200 (complete version 1.200.000), and this brings more than just bug fixes, as Photo Mode is added to the game.
Not only that, but this also brings various bug fixes and even adjusts how expressions in some cutscenes look.

Resident Evil Requiem Photo Mode Added in Patch 3
All Platforms
- Photo mode has been added. It can be accessed from the pause menu.
- Fixed a bug that caused progress to be impossible under certain conditions.
- Typographical errors in some languages have been corrected.
- Character expressions in some cutscenes have been adjusted to better convey emotion.
- A number of issues were fixed to improve gameplay.
Steam/Epic Games Store
- Fixed visual bugs that occurred with some GPU drivers.
- Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash in some circumstances.
While Capcom doesn’t list down every bug fix implemented today, some of the major ones we noticed before, which we’re hoping is now fixed, include:
- W870 Police shotgun visual glitch after updating the weapon’s stock
- Game crashing when changing upscaling settings on PC
- Frame rate drops when interacting with certain objects or opening and closing item chests
- White spots with high ray-tracing on
In case you didn’t know, it wasn’t just Photo Mode that was promised by Capcom, but the devs are also working on a “mini games” update due sometime in May. There’s also new story DLC on the way, though there’s no timetable for that yet.
