Fallout 76 Infestations Follow-up Hotfix Promised by Bethesda to Fix Issues
This week, Bethesda released the latest seasonal patch for Fallout 76 with the rollout of the Infestations update.
While this title update brought in new features, items, and more, it also dragged in a few bugs with it.
Thankfully, the developers are aware of this and have promised an upcoming update for Fallout 76 will address some of the issues that surfaced from the seasonal patch.
Fallout 76 Upcoming Update Addresses Survival Tent Crash
Here are the known issues that will be addressed by this upcoming patch:
- Issues with the Survival Tent causing players to crash on PlayStation platforms.
- Unequipping the Gazebo, Vault-Tec, or Houseboat skins can serve as a temporary workaround in the meantime.
- Vault Boy remaining on screen after using the Sharpening Stone.
- Addressing a crash that can happen when players are near the Gleaming Depths raid.
- General stability improvements.
No release date has been mentioned yet, but we wouldn’t be surprised if this is rolled out next week. If it is set to be pushed out, expect the game’s servers to be pulled down, as is the case with every title update released for the game.
Chances are, this patch will also address other issues, so don’t treat the items above as the sole list of patch notes.
