Activision “Aware” of Call of Duty: WWII Matchmaking Issues Post-Patch

If you downloaded and applied the Call of Duty: WWII title update that came out a few hours ago, then you might have noticed that it your wait time in finding games got a bit longer than usual, and in some cases, not being able to find games at all.

Well, there’s good news and bad news. The bad news is, there’s no fix that’s known right now. The good news? Activision is “aware” of the issue. This message was relayed by the Activision Support Twitter account just now.

If you can’t see that, it reads, “We’re aware that players are experiencing issues getting into matches, we’re currently working to resolve, stay tuned for updates.”

While some might have gotten this matchmaking issue after the patch, there are some people (like me!) that has been experiencing it even before it. I’ve come across issues where I couldn’t find any matches at all except for Team Deathmatch, and sometimes not even that. I waited it out, and after 30 minutes, decided to back out.

Let’s hope this gets sorted soon, especially since the game has a double XP event running now until Monday. If there’s an issue or two that the patch has brought in, let us know what they are in the comments.
