With the release of Battlefield 2042’s patch 2.1 yesterday, outside of the new content and adjustments made, there’s bound to be loads of info datamined in the data download. Well, that’s come true once again, which is the case for every Battlefield patch. There are Battlefield 2042 new skins, new Battlefield Portal weapons and more spotted!
Once again dug up by super reliable Battlefield dataminer temporyal, check out some of the new content that should make its way out into the game in the near future.

It looks like some of the datamined content are somehow connected to the Liquidator event arriving in mid-October. That said, same as with every datamined stuff, none of these are official, so treat them with a grain of salt for now.
Also pertaining to patch 2.1, DICE held a “Dev Corner” show yesterday to talk about the patch, and the studio confirmed that mouse and keyboard support for consoles aren’t being worked on at the moment.
