Battlefield 2042 Renewal Map Pulled From PS4, Xbox One Rotation Due to “Decreased Stability”
Following today’s Battlefield 2042 3.2 title update, it seems to have affected the game negatively on some platforms. For those on last-gen (PS4, Xbox One), DICE has announced that Battlefield 2042 Renewal map has been pulled from rotation due to issues.
Over on Twitter, the official Battlefield Direct Communications account states that the Renewal map was pulled due to “decreased stability” for PS4, Xbox One gamers playing on the map.
We're seeing decreased stability for players on Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 when playing on Renewal 🗺️
As a temporary measure, we've removed this map from rotations on affected platforms and will keep you updated on when we're able to add it back in 👀 pic.twitter.com/1egQGgufek

Hopefully, this is sorted as soon as possible, and can be fixed server-side so that no patch needs to be released for it.
