Following today’s Battlefield 2042 3.2 title update, it seems to have affected the game negatively on some platforms. For those on last-gen (PS4, Xbox One), DICE has announced that Battlefield 2042 Renewal map has been pulled from rotation due to issues.

Over on Twitter, the official Battlefield Direct Communications account states that the Renewal map was pulled due to “decreased stability” for PS4, Xbox One gamers playing on the map.

We’re seeing decreased stability for players on Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 when playing on Renewal

As a temporary measure, we’ve removed this map from rotations on affected platforms and will keep you updated on when we’re able to add it back in

Hopefully, this is sorted as soon as possible, and can be fixed server-side so that no patch needs to be released for it.

If you notice any other game-breaking bugs or issues that stemmed from today’s patch, leave a comment below to let us know, or send us an email (tips@mp1st.com). We’ll credit you if we do run it.
