Battlefield 4 Servers Increased Due to Player Demand, Free Vehicle Bundle via Steam

battlefield 4 servers

With Battlefield 2042 now fully revealed, it seems this has drummed up hype for a lot of multiplayer shooter fans that it has seeped onto other Battlefield games. One of the said games that got a huge bump? None other than the most recent modern setting Battlefield game, Battlefield 4! More and more people have been logging into the game that EA has now increased the Battlefield 4 servers to meet player demand!

This was confirmed by EA on a post on the EA Answers board, where the following message was posted:

Hey everyone,

We were absolutely blown away by your excitement and reactions to the recent Battlefield 2042 reveal.

Since then, many of you have jumped back into Battlefield 4 to already get a taste of the return to all-out-warfare. We’ve been monitoring your experience and noticed queue times in the US West region were far longer than in other regions. Good news, we’ve increased server capacity for this region – you can expect less waiting, and more playing.

We’ll continue monitoring queue times and will make further adjustments as necessary.

Thank you for playing!

No doubt, this player count bump was helped a lot not only by the Battlefield 2042 reveal, but the game now available for free on Prime Gaming.

If you’re one of the many jumping into Battlefield 4 again, or for the first time, you might also be interested that the Vehicle Shortcut Bundle is now free for a limited time (until June 28)!

The bundle includes the Ground & Sea Vehicle Shortcut Kit and Air Vehicle Shortcut Kit. Whether you’re new to Battlefield 4 or just want to make up for lost time, Shortcut Kits help you go toe-to-toe with Battlefield veterans by instantly unlocking powerful gear or bonuses that would otherwise be obtained through play.
