In this week’s update from Bungie, the return of Destiny 2 Iron Banner was announced (this will be the first instance for PC players!). The developer also reminded us about tomorrow’s double XP event, and upcoming Curse of Osiris expansion streams.

Destiny 2 Iron Banner

Begins: November 21, 1 AM PST
Ends: November 28, 1 AM PST

Iron Banner rewards may be earned through reputation tokens turned in to Lord Saladin. Challenges will be offered each day for additional token rewards, along with Milestones to track progress.

Do remember that you must have completed the Destiny 2 campaign in order to take part in the Iron Banner. Also, this will be the last opportunity to earn the Season 1 Iron Banner emblem, “Shadow of Radegast”.

Bungie also confirmed that Iron Banner will be making a return for Season 2, “with new rewards and new ways to earn them.”

Destiny 2 Double XP

Reminder: The “Clarion Calls” double XP event will start November 17 at 10 a.m. PT. You will need to be a member of a clan in order to earn double XP.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Streams

If you missed the initial Curse of Osiris stream, you can find the recap embedded below. In addition to this introduction, Bungie will be hosting a second stream next week, in which new activities on Mercury “and beyond” will be revealed.

Will you be grouping up with your clan this weekend? Or are you impatiently waiting for that Curse of Osiris content to drop? Let us know.

In other Destiny 2 news, a new hotfix for consoles and PC has been rolled out, the latest Nvidia driver sees PC performance gains of up to 50%, and the second Faction Rally winner has been crowned.
