Bungie has recently announced that a new era for Destiny 2 is approaching. The development team is right. Especially considering that Bungie parted ways with Activision not too long ago. For this reason, players are a lot more excited than ever to see where Destiny 2 will move from now on.
If you’re one of those fans who can’t wait for the new era for Destiny 2 without Activision’s influence. Then you will be excited to know that Bungie has finally announced the date for the reveal of the next chapter in Destiny 2’s history. Through Twitter, Bungie announced the Destiny 2 new era reveal.

For the moment, there aren’t any news about what’s to come for Destiny 2 players. However, it’s easy to assume that this new update will focus on the announcement of a new expansion. Alternatively, players could also get a new content pass or something along those lines as well. Needless to say, there’s a lot of hype for the Destiny 2 next chapter.
For now, players can enjoy the recently announced Season of Opulence event. This new event will start on June 4 and will end on July 30, 2019. The Season of Opulence will deliver new challenges, access to the Menagerie, access to Imperial Summons, and much more content for owners of the Forsaken expansion.
Destiny 2 is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Quite recently, Bungie has fixed a bug where players could purchase the PS4 exclusive weapon. Additionally, the developer also stated that they wanted to implement a Save Transfer feature for the game. Unfortunately, this feature was blocked by Sony.
