Following a leak from last week, Far Cry 6‘s Game of the Year Edition has just been released, and it includes the rumored “Lost Between Worlds” upcoming expansion.
The GOTY edition consists of:
- Far Cry 6
- All free game updates, including a new Difficulty mode, Ammo Switch, Individual Loadouts, and more
- All Far Cry 6 Season Pass content, including all three DLCs and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon
- The upcoming “Lost Between Worlds” expansion
The GOTY edition is priced at a hefty $119.99/£99.99. Existing Far Cry 6 owners can instead buy the Game of the Year Upgrade Pass at a discounted $59.99/£49.99.
Oddly enough, the GOTY edition comes despite Far Cry 6 not winning any actual Game of the Year awards. It did win gamescom’s Best Action Game award in 2021, though.
Far Cry 6’s Game of the Year Edition is available now on all platforms, but the Lost Between Worlds expansion has no release date as of yet.
