Fortnite update 1.000.092 is now out on all platforms, and this is purely for fixes. This is understandable, as patch v23.40 was just released this week. Check out what got fixed this Feb. 16 in the new Fortnite update patch notes.

Another thing worth noting is that the fixes connected to PS5 should be fixed as well:

No word on whether the hitching issues for Xbox Series X|S have been fixed, but this is something Epic acknowledged yesterday:
We are investigating reports of performance issues and hitching on Xbox X|S after playing several matches.
