Epic Games has released Fortnite patch v12.50 just now. Console gamers will see this as Fortnite update 2.69, and we have the full list of fixes, as well as the new content included in it. This Fortnite patch clocks in at 2.3GB on PS4.

Description
We’re aware of an issue that may cause framerate and resolution drops, particularly when panning the camera view in certain directions.
We are working towards improvements in our next game update.
