Known Issues Addressed by Fortnite v13.00

Battle Royale:

Hit Indicators showing wrong direction.

Hit/Damage Indicators will sometimes appear to be coming from the wrong direction than the source of the damage.



Save the World::

Ammo is consumed when a weapon is dropped and picked up.

Update 2
With the release of v13.00, this issue is resolved on all platforms.

Dropping or spawning a weapon and picking it up will sometimes cause you to lose ammo.


Mobile swipe-up feature may close app on players.

Odds are, Epic Games won’t release any patch notes for the big update, but that’s why you have us. We’ll be updating this post with the datamined content that’s included in this Season 3 patch.

The swipe-up feature on iOS devices has been reported to be interfering with buttons near the bottom of the screen or closing the app on players.


New Landmark text may appear multiple times when exploring new locations.

The โ€œNew Landmarkโ€ text may appear multiple times when discovering new locations on the Battle Royale map.


Shadows darker than expected.

Shadows display at a high contrast and most textures appear as black.
