October 5 is set to be a big day for the Ghost Recon series fans, as Ubisoft officially announced the Ghost Recon 20th Anniversary Showcase happening this Tuesday. The stream link has also been put up, and if you’re an avid fan of the series you will not want to miss this one out.

Taking front and center is the latest iteration of the series, Ghost Recon Breakpoint. There are also some suprises in store, in addition to the recently revealed ones including a crossover with Tomb Raider. As shown in the official announcement, the first surprise is relating to something called Ghost Recon Legacy, which could mean anything in terms of the series.

The second one is a live update of sorts on Ghost Recon Breakpoint, including a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look on the game. The third one, which is sure to pique the most interest, is the world premiere of a new project. It’s still unclear if this new project will be set in the Wildlands-Breakpoint continued universe or something else entirely.

The Ghost Recon 20th Anniversary Showcase will go live on October 5 at 10:00 AM PST | 1:00 PM EST | 1:00 AM HKT (October 6). Stay tuned here at MP1st for coverage of the big announcements at this big event.
