Epic Games has released a new Fortnite update 2.81 for today, August 20! It seems this patch is only for PS4, and unfortunately, doesn’ seem to bring any new gameplay-related fixes.

Over on the official Fortnite Trello board, some of the issues the game has been experiencing has been sorted out (note that this most likely have been fixed behind the scenes). Chief among them is the Catwoman bundle cosmetic issue.
General Top Issues:
Catwoman Bundle Missing Jeweled Cat Back Bling
Update
The Catwoman Bundle has been corrected and all missing Jeweled Cat Back Blings have been granted.
Description
We’re aware the Catwoman Bundle is not properly granting the Jeweled Cat Back Bling and will be correcting this shortly.
Anyone who already purchased and did not get the Back Bling will be granted it in the near future.
It also mentions how one bug in Creative has been fixed in a future game update
Crash on consoles when renaming a device:
Description
While playing on console, renaming a device will cause the game to crash.
Platforms
PS4, XBOX
It seems that’s it for this patch. If you spot any gameplay-related changes, let us know down in the comments and we’ll update the post to reflect it.
In other Fortnite news, don’t forget, a new DC villains bundle is coming soon! And of course, there’s the on-going lawsuit between Epic Games vs. Apple and Google.
