With the PlayStation VR2 (PSVR2) set to be released in “early 2023,” it looks like Sony is already preparing manufacturing the unit, as PSVR2 manual images have leaked online.

Check the pics out below, and yes, it does look legit.

PSVR2 Manual Leak

Over on Twitter, hardware analyst Brad Lynch states that Sony seems to have shed off 70 grams from the dev kit’s overall volume:

While the PSVR2 manual images do look legit, there’s no verifying its authenticity, and as such, treat this with a grain of salt (for now). If it is a fake, it’s a very well made one, I have to admit.

For now, Sony has not mentioned a specific release date nor a price for the PSVR2, though we’re hoping that changes soon. We do have a two months left until 2022 is over, and I’m hoping Sony does another State of Play or presentation giving us more details about the device.
