It looks like the leaks were true! Following F.I.S.T. in the lineup of free games from the Epic Games Store we have Severed Steel, an FPS title.

The game will only be free for 24 hours, just like Death Stranding and F.I.S.T., so grab it while you can.

Here’s the official description if you haven’t heard of it before:

Severed Steel is a single-player FPS featuring a fluid stunt system, destructible voxel environments, loads of bullet time, and a unique one-armed protagonist. It’s you, your trigger finger, and a steel-toed boot against a superstructure full of bad guys. Chain together wall runs, dives, flips, and slides to take every last enemy down.

With Severed Steel being the free game today, it looks like BillbilKun’s leaks from yesterday were true. That also means we can expect Mortal Shell to be the free game for tomorrow.
