Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition Costume Contest Closed, Final Rankings In

Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition Costume Contest

The rankings are in and voting is now closed for Capcom’s Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition costume contest — which began at the end of May and ran all the way til July 21. Submissions and entries were open to everyone worldwide, and quite a significant number of Street Fighter fans participated in the contest for the chance to see their unique designs of their favorite world warrior adapted into the latest installment of the long running fighting game series.

As featured in the official Capcom SF5: Champion Edition Costume Design Contest sub site, 12 contestants qualified and a number of impressive fan designed entries made the final cut — including costumes for fighters like Alex, Juri, Cammy, Zangief, Sakura, and Menat. According the Event Hubs the two Juri fan entries are in the top two, with each getting over 20,000 and 18,000 likes respectively making them prime candidates for winning the contest . We’ll find out the final results when Capcom makes the announcement this September.
