Heads up, agents! Ubisoft is taking The Division 2 servers down on August 11, and expect this to last much longer than what we’re used to.

This downtime is initiated because the new Broken Rain Incursion is being rolled out for players for free today as part of the TUY8S2.3 title update.

The Division 2 Servers Down on August 11

The scheduled downtime starts at 30 AM CEST, 3:30 AM EDT, and 12:30 AM PDT, and compared to past outages, this will last for a minimum of six hours. This means the servers will be back up around 9:30 AM EDT/6:30 AM PDT.

Of coure, there is a chance that this downtime gets extended, and if ever it is, we’ll let our readers know.

  • Broken Rain Event Pass: Runs August 11–25 and adds four JTF-themed outfits, Exotic Caches, and a new Outfit Token currency.
  • Stretch Goals: Unlock after reaching Season Pass Tier 100, offering Standard and Prestige Caches containing vanity items, Named Items, and Exotics.
  • New Exotic SMG – Underboss: Earned guaranteed from the first Master-difficulty Climax Mission completion, with repeat-drop chances afterward.
  • Season XP Events: 5x Season Pass XP from August 11–18, followed by 2x XP from August 18–27.
  • PvP Improvements: Dark Zone loot is now Heroic quality, with additional contaminated loot chances in Classic and Balanced Dark Zones.
  • PvP Balance Phase II: Adjusts Gear/Brand Sets, Prototype Augments, and several talents to improve PvP balance.
