Helldivers 2’s Latest Update 1.400.002 Applies Audio Fixes
The latest Helldivers 2 update is out now on all platforms, and this even includes platform-specific fixes for the Xbox Series version. Players will see today’s minor patch as Helldivers 2 update 1.400.002, and the primary fixes here include audio issues and crash fixes.
For those annoyed at the audio issues that trigger when you enter caves in the Into the Unjust content, rejoice! As this has now been resolved.

Helldivers 2 Update on Sept. 16 Brings Audio Fixes on All Platforms via Patch 1.400.002

Fixes
- Fixed a crash on cave maps, when host migrates under certain conditions,
- Fixed a crash to desktop which would occur if the oil rig was destroyed when the shuttle was on its way,
- Fixed a crash when joining someone who is using bombardment stratagems,
- Fixed a crash on game start-up,
- Fixed an issue where Helldivers were reinforcing on top of cave structures,
- The Dragonroach can now be damaged with fire and/or gas,
- Rupture Warriors now track moving clients accurately, leveling the difficulty level of attacks between client and host,
- Fixed an audio bug related to Devastator projectiles,
- Rebalanced caves audio levels,
- Fixed a rare instance where Primary Weapon audio would go missing,
- (Xbox specific) SDR colors no longer appear faded,
- (Xbox specific) Fixed a bug where users could not access a Helldivers User Profile in several screens,
There are still a fair number of known issues regarding gameplay and technical aspects that need to be ironed out, so expect another patch before the month is over at the very least.
Speaking of Xbox, another multiplayer game, Battlefield 6, had issues running on Xbox Series S initially according to devs, but they eventually figured it out, which helped all platforms in the long run.
