NBA 2K26 Update 1.11/1.022 Released on August 3 and Might Be the Last Patch
Visual Concepts has released NBA 2K26 update 1.11/1.022 on all platforms today, August 3, and given we just saw the launch of a new season recently, don’t expect anything major for this title update.
Given NBA 2K27 is launching in a month’s time, don’t expect anything major from this patch, or any upcoming updates, even.
But for now, we do have a patch, so read on for more info.
NBA 2K26 Receives What Could Be Its Final Update on August 3
So far, Visual Concepts has not said anything about today’s patch. However, it has presented problems for players.
Multiple people who own NBA 2K26 have reported crashing and stability issues after applying today’s update.
Some of the known issues still being reported by players include:
- Wrongfully banned (sus?)
- Twitch drop issues (still happening to some)
- Game crashing or closing
- Pro-Am game getting kicked out
- “Shoe Head” Achievement not popping
- Summit rewards
- Error “4b538e50” showing up for MyCareer
We’re on the lookout for any changes made, but don’t get your hopes up, as the reveal for NBA 2K27 is set to take place a few weeks from today, which means the devs’ attention is all focused there.
NBA 2K27 early access starts August 28, and the official release is on September 4 on all platforms (PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC).
