Palworld Update 1.101.103 Resolves Game-Breaking Issue
While Pocketpair Inc. just released the 1.0.2 patch a few days ago for Palworld, the studio has issued a hotfix today that should be live on consoles and PC.
Console gamers should see Palworld update 1.101.103 available for download, and this resolves a literal game-breaking issue.
PC players on Steam should already have access to the patch since yesterday, though it just started rolling out for consoles today.
Palworld Infinite Loading Issue Resolved via New Update on July 31
Today’s changelog is a super short one, as Pocketpair notes the fix for today as:
・Fixed an issue where an infinite loading screen would occur after defeating the World Tree boss in some cases.
Some of the technical issues affeting accessing and playing the game were fixed in the patch earlier this week, and included:
Crashes and Disconnections
- Fixed an issue where all players could be disconnected during the Panthalus battle on dedicated servers.
- Fixed an issue where players could crash during the Panthalus battle on dedicated servers.
- Fixed an issue where the game could crash when attempting Japanese text input in fullscreen mode.
Multiplayer
- Fixed an issue where, if a player was already in The World Tree area when the host transitioned to The World Tree area, the terrain could fail to display correctly from the host’s perspective.
- Fixed an issue where the Tower Boss “Victor & Shadowbeak” could disappear after using a teleportation attack during battle.
- Fixed an issue in the final boss battle where, if the host defeated the final boss while a guest was waiting to respawn, the guest’s light could fail to display correctly after respawning.
