There are more ways than one to play Ubisoft’s upcoming stealth-shooter, Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
Last week, the studio gave fans a first look at the game’s competitive multiplayer component, Spies vs. Mercs. You can learn all about it here and catch the first reveal trailer here.
Today, we get a glimpse of some co-op action through the game’s first co-op multiplayer reveal trailer.

You and a friend will either be able to play as Sam and Briggs through 4 missions types and 14 different maps that all feature missions tied to the main storyline.
Ubisoft’s last entry in the series, Conviction, featured a very robust and fully-featured co-op mode that ended up winning the hearts of many. It’s exciting to see it return in Blacklist and to learn where the team will take it this time around.
Splinter Cell: Blacklist launches on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on August 20.
